How we process your personal data when issuing an inspection fee
When the S-train inspector or train conductor issues an inspection fee, a number of details about you are recorded, including your name, address, date of birth and possibly your CPR number. The S-train inspector/train conductor uses this information to find you in the CPR registry to ensure that the inspection fee is issued to the correct person. In addition, information about the size of the inspection fee and the reason for its issuance is recorded.
The S-train inspector/train conductor normally takes a picture of both your identification that you present and of your receipt for receiving the inspection fee. The pictures provide additional security that accurate information is recorded upon issuing of the inspection fee and can be helpful in cases where identification is misused by a third party.
