If you have purchased the ticket abroad, e.g. from DB, please contact the point of sales where you purchased the ticket or the railway service in that country
You are entitled to compensation when you travel with DSB on an international ticket and arrive at least 60 minutes too late at the destination specified on the ticket.
To get compensation, fill in the application form. Send the form and your ticket, seat reservation and any documentation for the delay to DSB Customer Centre.
Remember to send the application no later than two months after the date of the delay.
The money will be transferred to your bank account. You should therefore remember to state your bank registration number and account number in the application.
