In connection with a security improvement, it is now required to enter and confirm a mobile number when you use your DSB profile in the DSB's app. This means that each profile must have a unique mobile number associated with it.

But don’t worry, you can still buy tickets in the DSB's app for both private and work-related travels. We recommend that you log out and back in to your DSB profile in the DSB's app to carry out the update.

Below you will find a guide on how to handle this matter.

When you have both a private mobile and a work mobile, you can have 2 DSB profiles: one profile for purchasing work-related travels on your work mobile, and one profile for purchasing private travels on your private mobile.

State this on your DSB profile to purchase work-related travels on your work mobile:

  • Work email address, which allows you to buy tickets by invoice in the DSB's app.
  • Work mobile phone number.

State this on your DSB profile to purchase private travels on your private mobile:

  • Private email address.
  • Private mobile phone number.
