Terms and conditions for purchase and use of Orange and Orange Fri tickets

1. Orange tickets
1.1 Validity
An Orange ticket is only valid on the chosen day and at the selected time. You must travel from the station indicated on your ticket and with the connections that appear in your travel plan. The ticket is valid for travel with DSB, GoCollective, NJ (Nordjyske Jernbaner), as well as Skånetrafiken's trains in Denmark, but not for bus, metro, light rail, or other local and private railways. It is not possible to purchase an upgrade to DSB 1' (first class) if you are traveling on an Orange ticket.
1.2 Customer categories
You can purchase an Orange ticket as an adult, child, youth, or senior.

If you are traveling as a child, youth or senior, you may be asked to provide documentation that you are eligible to travel under that category.
1.3 Refunds
An Orange ticket is non-refundable. If you have purchased a seat reservation along with your Orange ticket, it cannot be changed or refunded either.
2. Orange Fri tickets
2.1 Validity
An Orange Fri ticket is only valid on the chosen day and at the selected time. You must travel from the station indicated on your ticket and with the connections that appear in your travel plan. The ticket is valid for travel with DSB, GoCollective, NJ (Nordjyske Jernbaner), as well as Skånetrafiken's trains in Denmark, but not for bus, metro, light rail, or local and private railways. It is not possible to purchase an upgrade to DSB 1' (first class) if you are traveling on an Orange Fri ticket.

2.3 Refunds
An Orange Fri ticket can be refunded up to 30 minutes before departure. If you have purchased a seat reservation along with your Orange Free ticket, it can be refunded together with your ticket up to 30 minutes before departure.
When you purchase multiple tickets at once, you can only get them refunded together.
