General guides for using DSB Business services

You must be logged in to make a purchase.
Once you are registered in the DSB app with the same email as in the DSB Business Portal (typically your work email), you can start buying tickets and seats on invoice and credit card.
Click "Start" at the bottom of the screen
Enter your destination and departure under "Plan and Buy"
Press "Find trip"

Select the travel time and click on the journey.

Select the ticket type and click 'Go to seat selection'.

Select a seat if desired. (Note that it costs extra)
- If you do not wish to select a seat, simply click "Go to confirm"

Purchase Overview
Click 'Accept terms' and then 'Go to payment'.

Select Company Name and enter your message.
Then click on ‘Go to payment’

Click the arrow to the right in the box

Select your desired payment method here
- If this is your first time paying with a card, choose "Credit Card"
- If you have paid with a card before, you will have the option to select it again
- If you choose invoice, the information will be automatically filled in. You just need to double-check that the information is correct, and then proceed to payment.

First-time payment with a card
Enter the card number, expiration date, and security code (Select "Save card" if you plan to use the card again)
- Press "Pay" when all fields are filled out10
Now swipe the "Pay" button to the right to complete the payment.

First-time payment with a card

In connection with a security improvement, it is now required to enter and confirm a mobile number when you use your DSB profile in the DSB's app. This means that each profile must have a unique mobile number associated with it.
But don’t worry, you can still buy tickets in the DSB's app for both private and work-related travels. We recommend that you log out and back in to your DSB profile in the DSB's app to carry out the update.
Below you will find a guide on how to handle this matter.
When you have both a private mobile and a work mobile, you can have 2 DSB profiles: one profile for purchasing work-related travels on your work mobile, and one profile for purchasing private travels on your private mobile.
State this on your DSB profile to purchase work-related travels on your work mobile:
- Work email address, which allows you to buy tickets by invoice in the DSB's app.
- Work mobile phone number.
State this on your DSB profile to purchase private travels on your private mobile:
- Private email address.
- Private mobile phone number.

When you only have a private mobile, you can only have one DSB profile in the DSB's app.
But don’t worry, you can still buy tickets in the DSB's app for both private and work-related travels.
State this on your DSB profile:
- Work email address, which allows you to buy tickets on invoice in the DSB's app.
- Private mobile phone number.
Select payment method when purchasing tickets in the DSB's app:
- Pay by invoice when purchasing work related trips.
- Pay with payment card or MobilePay when purchasing private travels.
If you do not want to buy private and work-related travels on the same DSB profile in your DSB's app, you can use the DSB Business Portal and log in with your work email address and your password. If you do not remember your password, please click “Forgot password” and you will receive an email to reset your password.

If you do not want to buy both private and work-related trips on the same DSB profile in your DSB's app, you can use the DSB Business Portal and log in with your work email address and your password. To use Check-in, it must first be set up.
Press start/be on the app's home screen
Press "Get started here"

Allow use of "Location"
Allow "movement/use of motion fitness"
And choose the type of notification you want for "help with check-out"
Finish by pressing "Finish"

When you need to use check-in, you must be near a travel option, bus stop, train station, or metro station. The icons will only be displayed if you are close by.
Now select the desired departure option under "Check-in now" on the home screen (Start in the menu).

Press the desired journey.

Now select the number of people traveling and the payment option.

If you change your mode of transport during the journey, such as switching between bus, train, or metro, you need to indicate this by pressing the "+" in the highlighted circle on the image.
